GM Sales & Marketing (Real Estate)

We are assisting one of our clients, a propertycompany and they are currently looking for GM Sales &Marketing. The GM Sales & Marketing will lead and manage all sales and marketing activities for the company. This includes developing strategies to achieve sales targets, overseeing marketing campaigns, and managing the sales team. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams.
• Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a GM Sales & Marketing role in the property industry or 10 years in a managerial role within the property sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with marketing expertise.
