Job description

PT Snet Indonesia, a leading IT System Integrator company, is looking for an experienced General Manager Sales to lead and drive our sales team to success. If you have a strong background in IT sales and leadership, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Responsible for selling IT Business / System Integrator or Application / Solution to enterprise customers, including prospecting new clients, develop and maintain relationship with existing clients, as well as organize and conduct sales presentation, in order to achieve sales target.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably as a GM Sales or similar role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure & Networking equipment.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for business growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral (English and Bahasa).
  • Having the ability to speak Korean is preferred.
