Job Description

  1. Develop operational strategies for the furniture factory to achieve production and quality targets in accordance with company standards and goals.
  2. Ensure that all processes, from the initial stage of project leads, technical support (in the form of drawings/layouts/BQ/RAB), costing calculations, procurement of offers (including flyer/catalog alignment, specifications, prices, and drawings), to sales orders processed through the Odoo system and billing, run according to schedule, for both private and government projects.
  3. Monitor the efficiency, production quality, and installation schedules (BAST process) to ensure they meet the customer's desired timeline.
  4. Review all operational activities and provide the team with the appropriate technical/non-technical guidance.
  5. Resolve technical or operational issues that arise in the field or internally.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in the interior contracting field, particularly on large-scale projects.
  2. Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Interior Design.
  3. Able to read and understand layout drawings.
  4. Possesses a strong design sense (artistic sense).
  5. Proficient in using software such as CAD and Photoshop.
