Job Description

  1. Develop and implement innovative marketing and communication strategies that elevate brand awareness, equity, and consumer engagement across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  2. Lead the creation and implementation of annual brand plans, achieving KPIs related to market share, volume, and brand positioning, while fostering continuous improvement.
  3. Ensure that brand messaging remains consistent, impactful, and resonates with target audiences across all communication platforms, including events, web, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  4. Monitor consumer behavior, retail performance, and brand health metrics, using data-driven insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities for optimization.
  5. Perform in-depth competitive analysis, staying ahead of industry trends, pricing shifts, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  6. Identify key market segments and growth opportunities, formulating tailored marketing initiatives to attract new customers and expand the company's footprint.
  7. Partner closely with sales teams to support and align marketing strategies with sales goals, ensuring brand equity enhancements lead to tangible business outcomes.
  8. Provide strategic input for long-term brand vision and growth, contributing to overall corporate direction and objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  9. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across marketing, branding, and customer care departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  10. Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy that ensures effective brand visibility across all relevant channels, from traditional media to social platforms.
  11. Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, leveraging innovative tools and technologies to engage audiences and deliver measurable results.
  12. Continuously identify emerging trends and shifting market dynamics, developing proactive strategies to adapt and capture new growth opportunities.
  13. Leverage market intelligence and consumer feedback to drive innovation in marketing tactics, products, and customer engagement strategies.
  14. Maintain a keen understanding of industry shifts, emerging technologies, and new customer needs to ensure the company remains competitive and ahead of the curve.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate development or property sector.
  3. A strong track record in brand management, integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
  4. Demonstrated ability to drive successful marketing campaigns and brand growth, with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
  5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams to execute complex, large-scale projects.
  6. Ability to analyze market trends, consumer data, and competitive landscapes to create effective marketing strategies that drive business performance.
