GM Estate Management

Job Descriptions:

1. Direct and oversee the availability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of essential utilities including water, electricity, gas, telecommunications, and waste management.
2. Monitor and evaluate to ensure the improvement of infrastructure, facilities, and area’s safety.
3. Oversee and maintain any activities related to occupational safety, health and environment (HSE) in the whole estate area.
4. Identify opportunities and analyze executive long-term strategic plans for estate improvements and development to enhance property value and cost-saving energy.
5. Prepare and manage the operational budget and cost control to ensure efficient implementation.
6. Oversee and ensure the availability of essential facilities for tenants.
7. Coordinate and maintain strong relations with all external and internal stakeholders related to the Industrial Estate.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major.
2. At least 8 years of experience in Property, or minimum 5 years of experience at a managerial level.
3. Preferably having experience in Estate Management in an Industrial Estate.
4. Strong knowledge regarding estate management, HSE, and government regulations.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in English (Verbal & Written).
