Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Mandarin Translator to join our team. This role is critical in facilitating seamless communication between our executives and local partners, government officials, and other stakeholders in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translation and Interpretation: Provide accurate and high-quality translation of business documents, presentations, and correspondence from Indonesia to Mandarin and vice versa.
• Simultaneous Interpretation: Offer real-time interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and negotiations between executives and local counterparts.
• Cultural Bridging: Facilitate cross-cultural communication by understanding and respecting the cultural nuances of both Chinese and Indonesian business practices.
• Documentation: Assist in the preparation and translation of legal documents, contracts, and other formal agreements.
• Relationship Management: Support executives in building and maintaining relationships with local business partners, government officials, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Willing to work at Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business, or a related field. 
• Certification: HSK 5 or HSK 6 required.
• Office Tools: Experienced in utilizing office software.
• Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
