Position: Global Consumer & Business Insight Executive

About The Role :

We are looking for a Global Consumer & Business Insight Executive to conduct research, analysis, and strategic insights across our global business operations. For this role, you will understand consumer behavior, market dynamics, and business performance, delivering actionable insights to guide decision-making and support cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do?

• Follow up, manage and monitor the projects according to research time plan.
• Evaluate the quality of research by ensuring the whole research process is in accordance with what has been planned.
• Review data reports (internal & external) for errors and inconsistencies.
• Analyze market performance (market trend, brand share, and competition) based on third-party data sources.
• Build smooth processes end-to-end from extracting and exploring data, building structured analysis, and providing insights to support stakeholders.
• Build dashboards to support stakeholders in data visualization to see, monitor, and evaluate performance.
• Create reports based on findings from research projects, including recommendations for future action based on data analysis.
• Work closely with various business functions during the process and ensure the business questions/objectives are achieved.

What You Will Need?

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant research or data analysis role.
• Hands-on experience in a Data Analyst position or in projects involving big data.
• Data savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel for data analysis) and comfortable using data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights.
• Basic understanding of English to communicate with global teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Willing to work in East Jakarta.
