GHL ( General Affair, Human Resource, Legal ) Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable University.
• Maximum age of 45 years old.
• Having background in Property Industry.
• Strong in Legal, HR and GA function area : Legal, Land and Permit, Recruitment, General Affair, Industrial Relation, HR Policy and Procedures.
• Working knowledge of HRIS System will be a plus
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Assertive and tactful.
• Highly motivated, result oriented individual.
• Willing to work in Metland Cileungsi.

Job Description:

• Harmonize company practices with existing legal norms and anticipate legal shifts.
• Draft, manage, and evaluate essential legal documentation and agreements, overseeing administrative tasks.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings.
• Responsible to all HR Administration Activity: (attendance, employee data, headcount, turnover, HRIS, monthly report, employee relation & communication, employee engagement, and retention).
• Industrial Relation (conduct disciplinary action against employees who violate company regulations or policies, etc).
• Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning and housekeeping services.
• Handle any other GA related job responsibilities when required.
• Report to General Manager Residential .
