Generative AI Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand client requirements and translate them into Generative AI prototypes and demos.
2. Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models and algorithms for prototyping purposes, ensuring scalability, creativity, and efficiency.
3. Create production-grade demos highlighting the capabilities of Generative AI solutions, tailored to meet specific client needs and preferences.
4. Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their objectives, and refine prototypes and demos accordingly.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance during client presentations and demonstrations, effectively showcasing the unique features and potential applications of Generative AI solutions.
6. Explore and stay updated on the latest developments in Generative AI technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance demo capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
7. Collaborate with the development team to transition successful prototypes into full-scale, production-ready Generative AI solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience (+2 years) working as an AI Engineer, specifically focusing on Generative AI, prototyping, and delivering demos in a client-facing role.
• Strong proficiency in Generative AI, deep learning, and neural networks, with hands-on experience in implementing advanced Generative AI models and algorithms.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformer models).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
