General Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and motivated General Procurement Coordinator to join our team at PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia in Kendal Regency, Central Java. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's procurement and inventory management strategies, ensuring we maintain efficient and cost-effective supply chains to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to negotiating contracts and placing orders.
2. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production teams to forecast and plan material requirements.
3. Source, evaluate and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality, sustainability and cost standards.
4. Coordinate with logistics teams to optimise delivery schedules and minimise disruptions.
5. Analyse procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
6. Maintain detailed records and prepare comprehensive reports on procurement activities.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry best practices.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
2. Strong understanding of procurement principles, inventory management, and supply chain optimisation.
3. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and time management skills.
4. Proficient in data analysis and utilising procurement software and systems.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
