About the job General Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  4. Manage financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  5. Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
  6. Identify and onboard vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize value and quality.
  7. Implement project management best practices and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

  1. Proven experience in executive leadership roles within the hospitality or villa management industry is highly desirable.
  2. Strong business acumen and a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong understanding of HR practices, finance principles, procurement processes, and project management methodologies.
  5. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  7. Strategic thinking and a talent for creative problem-solving.
  8. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Other key requirements

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English a must.
  2. Willingness to collaborate closely with the board of directors and other stakeholders.
  3. Availability for occasional travel and engagement with clients and partners.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and a steadfast commitment to delivering positive results as part of the company's leadership.
