General Managers (Product Design / Interior Design/ Visual Merchandising

We are currently seeking experienced and visionary professionals to fill the following key leadership positions:

This is a full-time position based in East Jakarta, Jakarta.

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Architecture or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a design leadership role within the retail, consumer goods, or design industry.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Excellent project management skills with good communication, leadership, and management skill.
5. Fluent in English both written and verbal.
6. Proven experience in planning and developing product and packaging designs that align with brand identity.
7. Hands-on experience in creating impactful In-Store Promotion (ISP) materials.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in working closely with Marketing and Merchandising (MD) teams.
9. Proven ability to lead and oversee the end-to-end store and spatial design process, from concept to execution.
10. Extensive experience in planning and executing interior design for retail and commercial environments.
11. Skilled in developing space design strategies that reflect and elevate the brand identity across multiple locations.
12. Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of successful collaboration with external partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
13. Strong ability to conceptualize and translate brand identity into compelling visual merchandising strategies.
14. Extensive experience in planning and executing product displays and VMD strategies across retail environments.
15. Proficient in developing signage and graphic design elements to enhance the in-store experience.
16. Proven leadership in managing on-site execution, with excellent coordination skills across internal teams and external partners.
