Retailer and Distributor Relationships:

c. Negotiate and secure favorable terms with distributors to maximize product visibility and distribution reach.
In-Store Promotions and Merchandising:
a. Develop and implement innovative and impactful in-store promotions, such as displays, endcaps, and price reductions.
b. Design and execute effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and attract consumer attention.
c. Oversee the implementation of promotional materials, POS displays, and signage to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
Sales Data Analysis and Evaluation:
a. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and initiatives.
b. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in trade marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
c. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

a. Stay abreast of emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in the FMCG retail and trade marketing landscape.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry
Proven track record of success in developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness
In-depth understanding of retail and distribution channels, consumer behavior, and FMCG brand positioning
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply sales data effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and trade marketing planning and budgeting tools
Experience with sales and marketing software, such as Salesforce or SAP, is a plus
