General Manager Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to lead the operations of our thriving restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in restaurant management, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent high-quality service and food standards

Lead, train, and motivate a team of managers, kitchen, and front-of-house staff

Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and cost control

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Develop strategies to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff performance

Handle guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and financials

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
