Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent high-quality service and food standards
Lead, train, and motivate a team of managers, kitchen, and front-of-house staff
Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and cost control

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role
