Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager – Marketing to lead and elevate the company’s marketing strategy. This executive role is responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion, while aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B marketing, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, ideally within the automotive or heavy manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, support sales initiatives, and drive market share.
2. Lead and mentor a marketing team to deliver high-impact, on-brand campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities, customer insights, and emerging trends.
4. Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure integrated marketing support for product launches and business development.
5. Oversee all advertising, promotional, and content activities across offline and digital channels.
6. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
7. Measure and report performance of campaigns; adjust strategies to improve KPIs and commercial outcomes.
8. Build strategic partnerships with agencies, media partners, vendors, and industry influencers to strengthen market reach.
9. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility.

Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in the automotive, manufacturing, or heavy industry sector.
3. Strong leadership with a collaborative mindset to inspire and grow a high-performing marketing team.
4. Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, content creation, and brand management.
5. Proven ability to develop strategies based on market data, consumer insights, and competitive positioning.
6. Skilled in budget management, marketing ROI analysis, and agency/vendor coordination.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
8. A creative thinker with a results-driven, strategic mindset.
9. Willing to work full-time at the Curug, Tangerang, Banten manufacturing site.
