General Manager Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager Marketing to join our team at DWIMITRA GROUP. In this full-time role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for leading and driving our marketing strategy and initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns to promote our products and services
• Oversee and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship and support
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure marketing activities are aligned with the overall business goals
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven optimizations to improve results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies and best practices
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in marketing management, preferably within the industry
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas
• Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking to measure the impact of marketing initiatives
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
