General Manager / Manager for Wood Furniture Production

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organization of uninterrupted production, quality control and deadlines.
2. Construction, control and execution of technological processes from renderers/measurements to the delivery of the object.
3. Development and preparation of furniture drawings based on renders (together with the technologist).
4. Calculation, purchase, control of material balances.
5. Setting tasks for the workshop manager.
6. Quality control and deadlines for manufactured products.
7. Optimization of production processes.

Main Requirements:

1. Experience in manufacturing (preferably furniture).
2. Understanding of technical aspects of furniture production.
3. Experience in personnel management.
