Job Description

• Ensure the legal and compliance of the business.
• Provide legal services to business team, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis and product exploration and risk identification.
• Handle project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as-needed basis.
• Advise and guide the business teams on legal issues.

Requirement

• A Master's degree graduated from Law major.
• Minimum 3 years as GM Legal (Corporate Legal), and has experience in IT business/industry.
• Experience in handling litigation, industrial relations, and company stock.
• Has strong leadership and capable to manage a team with various types of backgrounds.
