General Manager - HR

Responsibilities:

1. Organization Development & Talent Management.
2. Talent Acquisition.
3. HR Operations.
4. Other Strategic HR Projects.
5. Overall, plan, develop and execute People Strategy with the CEO & Management Team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in the HRBP field
• Experience with Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations
• Experience in handling a large number of employees
• Experience in the FMCG & Start-Up industry is a plus
