Company: PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in the Fragrance Distributor industry, who is looking for a General Manager for placement in Surabaya with details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Manage operations as Operations Manager / General Manager in fragrance, cosmetic, personal care or similar industry for B2B & B2C business.
• Implement strong understanding in sales, marketing, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and HR.
• Lead and communicate effectively in English and be willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management or engineering background.
• 7 years of experience as Operations Manager / General Manager in fragrance, cosmetic, personal care or similar industry.
• 7 years of experience as General Manager for distributorship business (B2B or B2C).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in building systems being more preferable.
• Target-oriented and willing to undertake business travel.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Willing to be located in Rungkut, Surabaya.
