About the job General Manager (Fragrance Manufacture)
On behalf of our client, a Fragrance Company that is looking to hire a General Manager position to oversee operations, drive business strategies, and lead our dedicated team towards continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and cost-effective resource management.
Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement long-term business strategies to enhance profitability, market presence, and competitiveness within the perfumery industry.
Manpower Planning: Strategically plan and manage human resources, finance, IT, warehouse and marketing
Budget and Financial Oversight: Ensure efficient financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and analysis to support operational goals and profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing, ideally in the perfumery, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
Proven track record in operations management, business strategy, and manpower planning.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive change.
