Our client is a 5* Business Hotel in Jakarta.

Profile

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
2. Experience in international chain city hotel
3. Large operation experience
4. Extensive city hotel experience
5. Profound 5* hotel experience
6. Candidate should currently be at GM level
7. Asia experience; the ideal candidate will have working experience in Indonesia (preferably even in Jakarta)
8. Excellent experience in Operations
9. Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
10. Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
11. Young, dynamic, energetic, hands-on, motivated, innovative
12. Passion for service excellence
13. Creative thinker, independent, organized
14. Proven business / financial results
15. Excellent people skills and strong motivator
16. Innovative and passionate about training
17. Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and work as a team
18. Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence

21. Thorough knowledge of hotel's operating policies & standards

26. Fluent in English both written and spoken
27. Strong in cost control, also budgeting and P&L management
28. Computer literate
