General Manager Business

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for making company policies, strategies, and decisions for the progress of the company.
2. Responsible for managing and coordinating all existing resources to run effectively according to the company vision and mission.
3. Responsible for creating marketing/sales strategies to achieve the targets that have been set.
4. Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the company’s budget.
5. Responsible for working together and creating a harmonious working climate and synergy for all departments.
6. Establishing good communication with the internal and external parties of the company.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum formal education: S1, S2 are welcome.
2. Having experience minimum 5-10 years in the freight forwarding industry.
3. Active or passive in English, both oral and written.
4. Self-disciplined and highly dedicated.
5. Willingness to work overtime.
6. Having good leadership, managerial, customer relationship, communication, and emotional skills.
