Ayatara is a resort/villa located in the town of Ubud in Bali, Indonesia. We aim to create an unforgettable experience that blends modern comfort with traditional charm. Each villa and suite exudes elegance, offering breathtaking views of lush landscapes, cascading rivers, and majestic canyons. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall operations and management of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service.
2. Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance the resort's reputation.
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with guests, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

1. Preferably 10 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager, demonstrating a successful track record in managing upscale resorts or hotels.
2. Proven leadership abilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong business acumen and the ability to drive revenue generation and financial performance.
4. Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, current market trends, and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
6. Mature and professional demeanor (Preferably aged between 35-45 years old).
7. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
8. Are able to move and live in Bali, Indonesia as long as you are still employed as the general manager of Ayatara.
9. Must be fluent in English and keen to learn Bahasa (Indonesian language) if you are not an Indonesian.
