Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the bird’s nest industry.
3. Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
4. Strong background in leading teams and achieving business objectives.
5. Expertise in strategic planning and performance evaluation.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
