General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations functions of Restaurant, Retail Shop, Theme Park
  Ensure full compliance to SOP, policies, procedures, and service standards
• Handle complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures
• Responsible for annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan, and Capital Budget
• Manage profitability of the site, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met
• Have a strong understanding of P&L statements and ability to react with impactful strategies
• Prepare monthly financial reporting for the Management

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Tourism, Hospitality or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Restaurant / Retail Shop / Hotel / Theme Park
• Analytical skills, creative innovation, and strategic thinking
• Outstanding service orientation, focus on detail, and time management skills
• Excellent ability in managing people, with expertise in training, development, and coaching
• Able to relocate anywhere when required
• Willing to work in all areas of Cimory Dairyland
