Job description
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to read documents and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a Chinese company is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer networks and office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supply inventory, including tracking incoming and outgoing items.
  • Handle the reimbursement process, procurement applications, and payment procedures for office-related expenses.
  • Assist with daily translation tasks within the office.
  • Assist in booking air tickets for business trips.
  • Support the visa application and processing for employees.
  • Coordinate vehicle arrangements and management.
  • Book hotels for employees on business trips, both on and off the island.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
