General Administration & Collection Staff Citimall Cimanggis

Contract, Kasual/Temporer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Operations Admin & Collections Officer to join our team at Citimall Cimanggis. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily mall operations, efficient administrative support, and timely collection of outstanding dues from tenants. The ideal candidate will be organized, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain records of mall operations, including tenant contracts, correspondence, and general documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and coordinate with other departments.
  • Handle office duties such as scheduling, filing, and responding to emails or calls related to mall operations.
  • Tracks and manages collection schedules, ensuring timely rental and collection of other dues from tenants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to address collection issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to provide reports on collections and outstanding balances.
  • Address tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports for management on mall operations, tenant compliance, and collections status.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant agreements, financial transactions, and all related communications.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Assist in ensuring all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Support mall events or promotional activities by coordinating logistics and ensuring adherence to mall policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or collections role, ideally in a retail or property management setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
