GA & Service Officer

Arrange and organize transportation services for employees’ Company business and guests.

Prepare and arrange a schedule of maintenance for office vehicles such as periodical service, oil filter changes, etc.

Prepare yearly budget for tax license, periodical body checks, and advertisement.

Supervise all tanker drivers and operational drivers to ensure they perform their jobs properly and discuss the importance of their responsibilities.

Prepare all payments for electricity, internet, security, and cleaning services for expatriates.

Resolve external accidents and communicate with external parties (police, drivers, and organizations).

Job Requirement

Minimal education: Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology or any relevant background.

At least 2 years of experience in the same field.

Willing to work in Deli Serdang, North Sumatera.

Willing to work as PKWT upon joining.

Must have a valid car driving license (SIM A).
