GA Legal Manager

About the role

As the GA Legal Manager at PT Honda Trading Indonesia, you will be responsible for providing GA services and strategic legal counsel and support to ensure the company's operations and initiatives align with relevant laws and regulations. This full-time role is based in the heart of Jakarta and will play a crucial part in the company's continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Establish and implement strategies to ensure compliance.
• Review, draft, and support negotiation of business agreements.
• Monitor and follow up on changing regulations.
• Manage preparation activities and follow up on internal audits.
• Manage regular corporate governance training and survey the awareness.
• Handle legal disputes, custom litigation, and work with external consultants to provide resolution.
• Manage operation of renewal company business and expatriate license.
• Manage operation of building, car, and driver management.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law or Private Law.
• Maximum 38 years old.
• Must have leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and good analytical thinking skills.
• Must have a minimum of 3 subordinates.
• Must have good English communication skills.
• Preferably have membership in PERADI.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience working in the General Affairs area.
