Responsibilities:
• Conducting surveys and overseeing vendors for production and merchandise procurement when required.
• Creating and maintaining company inventory data, including warehouse inventory.
• Monitoring the stock of office supplies, paper clips, etc., and reporting any shortages.
• Handling company legal documents and liaising with external parties.
• Managing personnel administration, including employee databases and employment contracts.
• Handling the entire recruitment process from initial stages to contract signing.
• Overseeing all matters related to Employee Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and Health (BPJS Kesehatan).
• Responding to employee inquiries and concerns.
• Managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and taking disciplinary actions as needed.
• Serving as a bridge/mediator between the company and its employees.
• Managing the organization of internal events to enhance bonding and teamwork.
• Targeting employee development through training initiatives.
• Maintaining a positive working environment.
• Summarizing all administrative matters and documents.
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a GA & HR.
• Proficiency in general affairs and HR generalist.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• High integrity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
• A proactive problem solver and quick learner.
• Positive, collaborative, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of labor laws and BPJS regulations.
• Demonstrated strong leadership abilities and the capability to lead a team effectively.

• Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta.
