Fundraising and PR Specialist

We are a passionate non-profit organization dedicated to helping thousands of disadvantaged families in 19 remote East Bali Mountain communities with education, health care, water resources, sanitation, road infrastructure, etc.

We are looking for a Fundraising and PR Specialist to help us expand our impact by driving fundraising campaigns, increasing awareness, and engaging donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure donations and grants.
• Craft persuasive grant proposals, donor reports, and promotional materials.
• Create compelling PR and marketing campaigns to enhance our visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and supporters.
• Manage social media, email campaigns, and website content to engage supporters.
• Organize fundraising events and campaigns to generate funds and community involvement.

Requirements:

• Experience in fundraising, PR, marketing, or communications, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills to inspire donors and supporters.
• Ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent English communications skills (speaking, writing, presentation & interpersonal).
• Indonesian Nationality, willing to be based in Bali.
• Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
