Functional Analyst - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This position offers you the opportunity to work on innovative digital transformation projects across various industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Deep understanding of the business processes related to Dynamics 365, such as finance, operations, and sales.
2. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure system implementation and configuration meet client needs with standard system.
3. Since Dynamics 365 integrates with multiple business functions (finance, supply chain, procurement), the analyst should be well-versed in both technical and business needs.
4. Provide training and support for end-users in utilizing Dynamics 365 F&O, including helping troubleshoot problems.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst with deep experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
2. Strong understanding of business processes in finance, operations, logistics, and manufacturing.
3. Official Microsoft certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) is preferred.
4. Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
5. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
6. Experience in managing and supporting Dynamics 365 implementation projects from start to finish is a plus.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
