• Has intermediate understanding or ability to implement industry standards & Fullstack practices for large-scale enterprise-grade applications
• Has intermediate understanding in: (a) database models - NoSQL & RDBMS, (b) caching - Redis, Memcached, (c) message queues - MO, NATS, Kafka
• Has intermediate ability to breakdown user-stories into technical requirements/designs
• Has basic understanding on technical-debt & defining technical roadmap
• Has good initiative, intermediate-level skills in communication & coordination
• Experience in the design, development, deployment, & maintenance of large-scale, enterprise-grade applications
• Knowledge of & ability to implement technologies common in Fullstack engineering
• Ability to search and drive technology adoption & innovation
• Ability to communicate and coordinate a group of individuals towards a common goal
