Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance teacher quality through ongoing monitoring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Provide feedback on the curriculum and propose improvements.
• Communicate effectively with the operational team to enhance business aspects such as drop analytics, student satisfaction, and trial efficiency.
• Support events organized by the operational team in terms of curriculum and teaching.
• Report regularly to HQ.
• Act as educational consultants to parents when needed to support the operational team.

Competencies:

• Have at least 1 year of experience leading a team or project.
• Have an IT background, able to teach students across all grade levels (Junior, Kids, and Teens).
• Mobile, able to work onsite, own transportation preferred.
• Proficient in English preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and team communication skills.
• Ability to create clear reports to HQ.
