Details

The position is responsible for the direction, planning, and service execution of the daily operations and coordination of all medical, wellness and holistic modalities.

Responsibilities

  1. Decision making and strategic planning.
  2. Hold overall accountability for client satisfaction.
  3. Manage the day-to-day operations.
  4. Deploy successful coordination of all departments and staff to ensure that clients receive a seamless experience during their appointment.
  5. Management of the financial profitability including; setting forecasts and budgets, and ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
  6. Reviewing business results regularly and taking any corrective action required to ensure the business achieves its goals in the areas of customer satisfaction, employee development and satisfaction, financial performance, and marketing and branding.
  7. Provide centralized direction and coaching to all staff.
  8. Set training goals and ensure therapy qualifications, skills levels, treatment standards and therapy outcomes meet the expectation of an international medical spa.
  9. Implement standard operating procedures across all health and wellness units to ensure standardized procedures are described, trained, understood and applied.
  10. Develop and implement processes that offer employees the appropriate career development to increase the guest service experience and employee retention.
  11. Employee welfare needs are taken care of in line with company standards and philosophy.
  12. Establish rapport with guests, maintaining excellent guest relationships and encouraging repeat business.
  13. Handle client issues and complaints for the best outcome for the company and client.
Requirements
  1. As a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  2. At least two years management experience, preferably in a hospitality or spa setting.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.
  4. Proven track record of sound decision making abilities.
  5. Ability to train, coach and develop team members.
  6. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  7. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  8. Fluent in English.
