Full Stack Web Developer

Role Objective

Collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers to create high-quality websites and web applications while ensuring the highest security and performance standards. Additionally, contribute to standardizing workflows and development benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the creative, UX/UI, and development teams to implement website and web application projects.
• Actively participate in improving development practices, programming best practices, and team knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications.

• Strong expertise in web development languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and Git.
• Agile development experience.
• Proficiency in React.js and WordPress (mandatory).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, Astro, Gatsby, and Remix (a plus).
• Familiarity with React component libraries such as Ant Design, Material UI, React-Bootstrap, and Chakra UI (a plus).
• Experience with PHP frameworks and CMS platforms like Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Magento (a plus).
• Shopify theme development experience (a plus).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices (a plus).

• Looking for a candidate who is willing and able to relocate to the Bali office for this position.
• 3–5 years of experience in website development for production and commercial-level projects.
• Strong understanding of the full web development life cycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.
• Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and its application to web development.
• Familiarity with service-based, thick-client development (preferred).
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines.
