Your Role:

Be one of the first employees of our Indonesian Team and help our local Team Lead assemble a Product Team of Software Engineers and Technical Support Managers in Lombok. In your role, you will be an essential part of our developer team, maintaining our software and developing new features for our cutting-edge products. You will also mentor medium and junior developers, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and performance.

Together with the management team, you will implement parts of the company’s strategy and aid in transitioning Invitario from a market leader in German-speaking Europe to a global contender.

Your Tasks:

1. Participate in effective sprint planning to optimize feature development and resolve issues.
2. Develop high-quality code and documentation.
3. Oversee Quality Assurance for new features and fixes.
4. Allocate your resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
5. Mentor medium and junior developers, provide constructive feedback, and create improvement plans.
6. Identify project risks and devise appropriate mitigation strategies.
7. Ensure comprehensive technical documentation is maintained.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
9. Coordinate with the Team Lead, Head of Development, and Product Manager in Austria to enhance team development.

You'll Fit Great With These Skills and Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
2. Profound knowledge in software development, system architecture, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
3. Proficiency in our technology stack: PHP, JavaScript, SQL, REST, HTML, CSS, Docker.
4. Experience with Symfony, Doctrine, and AWS is beneficial.
5. Enthusiastic about pair programming and conducting code reviews.
6. Proactive approach to solving technical problems.
7. Ability to perform well under pressure and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
8. Keen to help develop a team and spearhead advanced software development projects.
