Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and Build: Develop, test, and deploy fully functional web applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
• End-to-End Development: Work across the full tech stack (frontend and backend) using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimizing Performance: Ensure the applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during development, deployment, or production stages.
• Stay Updated: Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development to enhance the overall product.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• WordPress Mastery: Fully understand WordPress inside out and experience with custom themes is a plus.
• Strong Front-End Skills: Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
• Backend Expertise: Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or PHP, and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Version Control: Experience using Git and GitHub for source control.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze problems and find efficient solutions.
• English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with TailwindCSS and Bootstrap is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud services (AWS, Docker).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
• Knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations.
