With the establishment of our factory in Indonesia, PT Jaya Refrigeration Equipment (Midea) is seeking energetic, ambitious, and hard-working fresh graduates from recognized national or overseas universities who are career-focused in manufacturing.

Purpose
We aim to develop and enhance the skills of fresh graduates across various fields, giving them hands-on experience and on-the-job learning. We provide graduates with training, experience, and development opportunities to kick-start their professional careers within Midea Indonesia.

Role Description

• Follow all the initial development program set by the Company prior to the assignment to each department.
• Must be willing to be assigned to several possible departments.
• With conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a job discipline, performs routine assignments using existing procedures and receives instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles.
• Must be willing to work very hard in a fast-moving, accelerated environment with your career development as your top priority.
• Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• University graduate from any major (Fresh graduates from universities in China/Taiwan are most welcome).
• Foreign language proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Willing to work in the Jababeka, Cikarang area.
• Applicable for Indonesian citizens only.
