Responsibilities:

• Create a master plan of new product innovation that consists of the product concept, product specification, proposal retail price, target cost of goods, etc.
• Manage the products in a timely manner and utilize negotiation skills to ensure the process runs smoothly.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and packaging PIC to create great formulations and packaging designs.
• Conduct product and market research for every product innovation and improvement.
• Work with brand, marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure product communication aligns with product specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of product development experience in the beauty industry, especially decorative/makeup.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Familiarity with beauty trends in Indonesia and abroad.
• Passionate about the beauty industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in creating product concepts, development timelines, and controlling product costs.
• Experience in discussions and negotiations with manufacturers.
• Strong project engagement and project management skills.
• Candidate must be available to work full-time for a 4-month period to provide maternity leave coverage.
