Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions in both English and Indonesian, ensuring all team members understand and apply key service skills.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to identify performance gaps and provide hands-on coaching.
• Collaborate with the Head of Hospitality Education Department for reporting and lesson planning.
• Stay updated on hospitality industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate service quality in restaurants, providing actionable feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality training with a proven ability to enhance team performance.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Must be willing to train in the client location around Bali and committed to a given schedule.
