Fraud Investigator

Job Description

1. Handling customer complaints regarding fraud related activities
2. Be the first line of defense, including handling phone calls as well as walk-in customers
3. Do end to end investigation based on the customer complaint
4. Do case/field investigation on the fraud complaints/fraud identified
5. Compile and present report to the team on the fraud findings
6. Build a network of fraud knowledge and know-how, including contact with the fraudsters themselves.
7. Be the ears on the ground on the new and upcoming fraud trends
8. Design SOP to handle customer complaints related to fraud.
9. Provide input/insights on fraudulent methods/behaviors to be used to develop preventive and curative actions.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in Anti-fraud, or similar role, preferably in Financial Services
2. Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented
3. Investigative and problem-solving skills in order to handle customer complaints
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills in order to handle customer complaints
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
6. Excellent verbal and written English skills
