Founder’s Associate – Telcom Networks Company (Canggu - Remote)

Our client, a global leader in advancing the circular economy within the telecom networks, is looking for a Founder's Associate to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate will be an integral member of the newly established CEO Office team here in Bali and will support key strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders of the business. You will engage in a variety of projects spanning AI buildout, data analytics, special projects and capital markets activities critical to their growth and success.

Requirements:

• Open for expat candidates.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
• Minimum one year experience in fast-paced environments such as internships or roles in investment banking, management consulting, startups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
• Based +/- 3 hours from Singapore time zone (SGT).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support strategy activities throughout the planning cycle and execution.
• Support tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Support our product team through discovery, training and maintenance cycles.
• Support and lead cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare and update investor materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company messaging.
• Support creation of and maintain a data room (VDR).
• Support engagement with advisors, legal teams, and other stakeholders
• Lead due diligence workstreams.
