Mission

Responsible for the maintenance of forklifts, lifting equipment, and handling accessories. Ensures compliance, availability, and durability of equipment while optimizing maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate daily forklift maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections of forklift and towing rental units in collaboration with suppliers.
• Perform internal inspections of forklift and towing units with the maintenance team.
• Oversee and assess daily hoist maintenance operations.
• Develop and coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to minimize operational disruptions.
• Prepare and present weekly reports on forklift, towing, and hoist operations.
• Manage maintenance planning, including spare parts procurement and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations by coordinating with suppliers for necessary equipment.
• Liaise with hoist vendors for damage assessment and facilitate annual part replacements based on maintenance reports.
• Address and resolve operational concerns and user complaints.
• Implement and oversee maintenance strategies for the internal team or outsourced services, focusing on critical production equipment (bottleneck machines, BCM, priority flows) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and oversee budgeting processes to optimize efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum D3 in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in forklift, towing, and hoist maintenance, including safety equipment management.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
