Main Responsibilities

• Lead Factory cost performance and factory budget.
• Partner with Supply chain leadership to drive cost efficiency and cost improvement.
• Drive saving program with Factory team.
• Drive Investment Business case.
• Support BU - Finance Business partner in managing Gross Margin performance, delivering insights on forecast variances, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Ensure supply chain control is in place according to Unilever design.
• Lead process simplifications and automation projects in Supply chain Finance area.

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in finance-related field.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Finance.
• Strong sense of purpose and ownership.
• Works well under pressure and is results driven.
• Enjoys solving issues and possesses an inquisitive mind.
• Organized, meticulous, motivated, and a team player.

Skill

• Good understanding of Unilever P&L, especially in supply chain bucket.
• Able to handle different projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to manage a team of 4-5 people effectively.
• Strong capability to work with stakeholders in different locations to deliver targeted KPIs.
