Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Savoury manufacturing operation: processing and warehouse area, ensuring excellence performance of Savoury Processing Area service levels, efficiencies, quality compliance, OSHE compliance and cost compliance.
  • Lead visible leadership and employee relations to ensure high engagement levels in Savoury Processing Area.
  • Contribute together with SU leadership team to the development and sign off of site R2S plan. Define all relevant cell performance KPIs (mid/long term) in order to meet SU efficiency targets.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in Savoury Processing Area and Warehouse.
  • Support implementation of innovation within the Savoury Processing Area and deliver to agreed ramp up plans.
  • Manage and improve deployment of resources, people budgets and assets, to comply with cost and financial targets.
  • Manage the process of data collection in the process and warehouse area to capture different types of losses based on specific site requirements.
  • Ensure robust execution of R2S governance: different types of meetings, follow up on the activities, corrective actions, escalation of issues, etc.
  • Keep right level of motivation of cell members providing support, coaching, driving involvement of people in different activities.
  • Support PD pillar with cell upskilling and reskilling agenda in order to define priorities and deliver relevant learning interventions. Can act as a trainer within his/her areas of expertise.
  • Contribute to the process of line standards creation. Write SOPs and other relevant documents.
  • Ensure the proper usage of digital shop floor solutions by all cell members.
  • Drive the process of Kaizens and Best practices creation, replication and sharing inside the factory and outside if relevant.
  • Monitor cell UMS R2S progress against the plan and lead issues resolution if any. Report on the progress to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from Chemical and Industrial Engineering preferred. Experience in supply chain: production and engineering is preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in the factory as Asst. Manufacturing Manager, Asst Quality Manager, Production Engineer, or similar position.

Skill

  • Able to communicate with stakeholders from Quality, Engineering, SHE, Planning, Finance, as well as vendor/supplier in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
