JOB OFFER

As an External Manufacturing & Supply Chain Quality Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Lead, direct, manage & develop all activities related to Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) of Co-packers, ingredient & packaging material suppliers and warehouses (DCs)
• Coordinate in-house and external factory New Product Development (NPD) & Value Engineering (VE) projects management in quality and food safety perspective
• Ensure quality standards are implemented in the external manufacturing
• Lead local supplier quality management digitalization system setting up and continue improving quality and food safety management efficiency
• Lead management & resolution of Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) in Co-packers & suppliers
• Plan & conduct training to suppliers & co-packer
• Liase with other Kraft Heinz Co-Pack & Supply Chain Quality teams globally to ensure a coordinated & optimized supplier approval strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in food technology or food science or equivalent
• Having minimum 8 years of experience in the relevant position in Food & Beverage manufacture company
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards regulated by the company (QRMP, Golden Rules, HACCP, GMP) and government regulations (Halal, etc.)
• Has a business-oriented mindset with great technical skills
• Has ability to influence others
