Food Safety Coordinator, Panjang Factory

Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Food Safety & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible to ensure food safety, quality system, and consumer-focus quality terms in the factory is in place so the products that are released are safe to be consumed in many aspects (microbiology, chemically, and physically) and set system to ensure hygiene behavior are in place in the factory. This function also responsible to monitor complaints, establish good coordination with customer service and coordinate responses to complaints.

A day of life of…

• Ensure food safety system are applied throughout production process to avoid chemical, physical, and microbiological issues.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and hygiene are applied on personnel and environment throughout production process to avoid microbiological issues.
• Prevent any foreign body (in any types) from coming into the product by application of correct HACCP study, hygienic engineering, and GMP.
• Ensure a safe workplace and safe way of working.
• Support production process by giving insight on risk of chemical, physical, and microbiological hazards.
• Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance & implementation consistently, coaching and implementing GMP Visual Standard to all departments in the factory.
• Validate and review pathogen monitoring plan including evaluation and data interpretation, and be responsible for Integrated Pest Management.
• Ensure Sensory Evaluation Practices in factory align with Nestlé Guideline and evaluate and maintain factory panelist performance regularly.
• Develop Keeping Quality sampling plan and analyze Keeping Quality Test results.
• Ensure implementation of net content control system as per Nestlé Guideline, update Target Net Content (TNC) on a yearly basis based on historical data, and compile historical data to calculate TNC.
• Coordinate complaint handling feedback, coordinate root cause analysis and generation of corrective and preventive action for each consumer complaint and generate complaint feedback report.
• Develop and establish Product Norm, develop Consumer Oriented QMS and ensure its implementation.
• Provide Inspection Plan in Master Recipe, maintain Material Master (QM View through workflow), support new product development & system trial, and monitor Globe Health Check and GFI Score.

What will make you successful

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably food science related.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
• Has strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Having experience in implementing Quality Assurance programs.
• Passionate about Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.
