Food Court Supervisor

• Maintain good operational and relations within Plaza Senayan Food Court and other F&B area tenants.
• Handle tenants’ complaints and provide immediate solutions.
• Record and follow up material/work requisitions for operational needs.
• Check and follow up defects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end F&B and/or hospitality
• Service oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership qualities, confident, adaptable, and fast learner
• Willing to work on shift schedule, including weekends/Public Holiday and afternoon shifts
